GraviTek ElectroBuggy w/ Volty

"The new Gravitek ElectroBuggy! Helps you get around Okoto through any place, anytime, anywhere!". The Gravitek ElectroBuggy was made in cooperation between the people of Gra-Koto and Vo-Koto, with the main tech and chassis made by the Gra-Kotans and the power/fuel source by the Vo-Kotans. Volty was one of the first people to test it and his rating was 10/10! seeing as Volty liked it alot, The people at Gravitek gave it to Volty to keep and now he challenges his Toa friend Gravatix to races.

I recently disassembled the small Technic backhoe loader i think it was called from 2013 a few days ago so i could make a vehicle, Volty on the other hand, he was made after i finished making the Okoto Rock Spider because i still had some time left. the name though, i had no ideas i just thought of Volty.
